Court Reporting
It is always our mission to provide every client with the highest quality and accurate transcripts, delivered however and whenever requested, with fairness to all parties to a case. Our highly skilled certified shorthand reporters, with an average of 23 years of experience among them, strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics of the National Court Reporters Association, assuring the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and impartiality. No matter how large or small your case, how simple or complex your needs, you can count on BWF Reporters to provide you with the most complete court reporting services available anywhere locally or nationally.
Videography
Even the highest quality deposition transcript is enhanced with a visual version of the testimony. The complete meaning of the written word becomes clear when the demeanor and body language of the deponent can be seen and the voice inflection heard. Our professional, reliable and experienced videographers tape your event and produce it in a full-service video studio on either traditional videotape or advanced digital media. Selection of the optional video/transcript synchronization process takes the finished products to the next level by meshing the video and/or exhibits with the transcript in an easy-to-use format suitable for effective research and for import into any case management or trial presentation software.
Videoconferencing
Connect to witnesses or other parties to your case with broadcast quality, interactive picture and sound. Our well-trained staff makes all of the arrangements for a local site and connection to a distant site or multiple sites. Head and shoulders above the telephonic deposition, the proceedings can be videotaped for future use while eliminating the inconvenience and expense of travel. Many clients have also found videoconferencing a useful tool for other events, including arbitrations, conferences, trial testimony, interviews and meetings.
